Artist Renee Sands is the owner of EXVITRUM, an art glass components supplier serving glass creatives. Renee’s fused glass studio, Endless Mountains Glass, is located on 24 acres of rural serenity in the Endless Mountains Region of Northeast Pennsylvania.
Her passion for glass began with a simple stained glass panel and a lesson in soldering from her dad. That passion grew and expanded into the world of fused glass, where she found an excellent outlet for both her creativity and innate curiosity.
Renee’s work explores the surprises to be found in crossing intentional design and experimentation with the fluid properties of warm glass. Her work utilizes the results of these experiments to add brightness to the world in the form of functional and fine art.
She has earned local awards for her pieces and is branching into larger outlets.
